Bundle Kilchoman Machir Bay + Bruichladdich The Classic Laddie
Kilchoman Machir Bay is an excellent and, above all, high-quality Scottish single malt whisky from the Islay region. The Kilchoman distillery was opened in 2005 and is (so far) the second youngest distillery in the region. This bottling was named Machir Bay after a small but very beautiful beach on the island of Islay.
The whisky has been aged for approximately 6 years, with most of the distillate aged in first- and second-fill ex-bourbon casks, while a portion (approximately 10 %) of the distillate has been aged in first-fill ex-Oloroso sherry casks, resulting in a wonderfully balanced flavor profile.
It has a fantastically pleasant aroma with notes of vanilla biscuits, orchard fruit, and warm peat smoke. On the palate, this whisky is silky smooth and rounded, with notes of earthy peat, lemon juice, oak, vanilla, and a hint of tart forest fruit.
It was bottled at 46 % alcohol strength, without coloring or chill filtration.
We recommend serving it with a drop of water, but it tastes best neat at room temperature. It comes in a very nice blue and gold gift box.

Pure, fresh and delicious Bruichladdich The Classic Laddie is a non-peat Scotch single malt whiskey. It comes from the Islay area. It matured in American oak barrels. The bottle is located in a very nice blue-white gift tube.
Behind this whiskey is not a recipe carved in stone, but the philosophy of distillation. Bruichladdich does not follow in the footsteps of consistency and consistency, but instead, year after year, depending on the type and origin of barley as well as the stock of wooden barrels, the character of this Scotch whiskey is gently shaped.
Each new batch of Bruichladdich Classic Laddie whiskey is completely natural, unique and slightly different. But the final form of this whisky always depends on the leading distiller, who works with it to achieve the already well-known classic, floral and elegant style.
Bruichladdich The Classic Laddie is free of added dyes and cold filtration. Therefore, its color may vary slightly and you may also notice a slight turbidity in it, which is caused by the natural and cold-unfiltered content of natural oils.
