Craft Dry Gin created with a passion for the Italian port city of Portofino, its beauty and enchanting history.

The company was founded in honor of Klaus Pudel, the grandfather of the co-founder of Portofino Dry Gin - Ruggero. Klaus was a great man admired for saving the city from destruction during World War II.

It is produced in an ancient distillery, a short distance from the company headquarters. Each batch of this gin is made using a combination of traditional and innovative methods: in a historic Italian Copper Column Still, which was used to distill liqueurs and grappa, with the latest vacuum distillation technology that preserves the aromas of the finest herbs.

Interestingly, the company strives to produce and export its products as eco-friendly as possible. The shipping boxes are made from either recycled paper or FSC-certified paper. The filling materials are made from 100% recycled paper or natural corn starch, which is fully biodegradable and compostable.
