Portofino Gin is produced in an ancient Italian distillery located 2 hours away. Each production batch combines traditional and innovative distillation methods - from the old Italian distillation method using copper pot stills, which is also used in the production of local liqueurs and grappa, to the masterfully executed modern technology using vacuum, which preserves the aroma of even the most delicate botanicals.
