Lincoln County Process

This traditional process involves filtering young distillate through a thick layer of charcoal made from sugar maple. The filtration lasts several days, during which the whiskey acquires exceptional smoothness and flavor clarity. It is this technique that distinguishes Tennessee Whiskey from bourbon – it is softer, more harmonious, and has a subtle smoky undertone.

Character and Flavor

Tennessee whiskey offers vanilla-caramel notes, complemented by a light sweetness and a hint of smoke. It is excellent enjoyed neat, with a splash of water, or on the rocks, but it also shines in classic cocktails like Old Fashioned or Whiskey Sour.
