Jack Daniel's McLaren X JD Edition 2026 is a limited edition Tennessee Whiskey from Lynchburg that combines the traditional character of Jack Daniel’s with a design inspired by the world of Formula 1. This is the fourth release in the Jack Daniel’s x McLaren series, created to mark a significant year for both brands – McLaren celebrates its 1000th start in Formula 1 and Jack Daniel Distillery its 160th anniversary.
The base is the characteristic recipe of Jack Daniel’s with a grain composition of corn, rye, and malted barley. The whiskey is produced in Lynchburg, Tennessee, undergoes typical charcoal filtering from sugar maple, and then ages in new American white oak barrels. Compared to the classic Old No.7, this edition is fuller, bolder, and more intense.
The flavor is dominated by the familiar profile of Jack Daniel’s – caramel, vanilla, toasted oak, and subtle woody sweetness. The bottle design references McLaren's campaign for the 1000th Grand Prix and combines dark racing elements with the team's signature orange color. The result is a collectible edition suitable for fans of Jack Daniel’s, McLaren, and motorsport.
