Unlike regular gins, Hendrick’s is produced through double distillation in two different stills – Bennett (a copper pot still from 1860) and Carter-Head (a unique steam distillation machine from 1948). Each brings a different texture and aroma: Bennett adds depth and spiciness, while Carter-Head contributes lightness and smoothness. The result is a perfectly balanced gin with an unmistakable character.
