Hendrick’s Gin is crafted in the coastal town of Girvan in Ayrshire, southwest Scotland. Just a few miles from the sea, it overlooks the mysterious island of Ailsa Craig, long shrouded in local legend. Since its creation, Hendrick’s has been regarded as one of the most innovative gins in the world.

Double distillation for exceptional smoothness

Unlike most gins, Hendrick’s is made using two distinct stills – the Bennett copper pot still (from 1860) and the Carter-Head still (from 1948). Each contributes a unique texture and aroma: Bennett adds depth and spice, while Carter-Head imparts lightness and subtlety. The result is a perfectly balanced gin with unmistakable character.

Cucumber and rose – the signature of Hendrick’s
