The beverage portal www.bondston.com is primarily intended for users over 18 years of age. A visitor under the age of 18 is only allowed to purchase items that do not contain alcohol (soft drinks).
Basic prices of goods are listed including VAT.
The buyer can only be a consumer who buys for personal consumption and not for the purpose of resale and distribution. This is a law from the Civil Code, which is different in each country.

You create an order of goods by adding the goods you want to buy to the shopping cart and for registration the wizard will guide you step by step through the process of completing the order. The minimum order value is not specified.
After sending the order, a confirmation will be sent to you by e-mail. If you find any discrepancies in this confirmation, please contact us immediately by e-mail or telephone. Contact information is provided in the Contact Us section. Subsequently, after processing the order and sending the shipment, or preparing the goods for personal collection, an information message is sent to the contact e-mail specified in the registration. The customer can also monitor the status of the order in the order overview after logging in to his account.
We reserve the right to cancel the order or parts thereof in the following cases:
In the event that this situation occurs, we will contact you by email or telephone and possibly agree with you on the next step (replacement of the ordered goods with others, cancellation of the order, ...). If the goods have no refund, they will only be canceled from the order.
If you have already paid for the goods and the resulting value of the order will be lower than the deposit already paid after the change, the money will be transferred back to your account in the shortest possible time (usually within 3 working days of crediting the payment to our account). If the final value of the order is higher after the change, you will be given the difference between these amounts.
In the form of cash on delivery, cash, payment card or transfer to a bank account.
If the goods are in stock and your order appears in the system by 14:00, we will ship that day. Each item has information about its availability (eg "In stock", "Sold out"). We strive for an individual approach and after mutual agreement it is possible to adjust the delivery date of the goods.
The buyer is obliged to check the content of the delivery upon receipt of the shipment from the carrier (DPD) in the presence of the delivery person. If a defect is found (the contents of the delivery are not complete, the goods are damaged by transport, etc.), the consignee may not take over the consignment and claim the consignment directly from the carrier (DPD). The carrier (DPD) will then rather report the deficiency with the addressee and the shipment will be delivered back to the sender. Please notify us immediately of the fact that a defect has been found upon delivery and of the written report, and we will agree on the next procedure, e.g. new dispatch of the goods. It is not possible to take into account a later claim for a defect (damage to the goods during transport, missing goods in the package, etc.) found outside the presence of the delivery person. When claiming an order, it is necessary to report the damage (from receipt of the shipment) within 48 hours on working days!
In accordance with the provisions of §12 par. 1 c. 108/2000 Coll. on consumer protection in doorstep selling and mail order sales, as amended, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 7 working days of receipt of the goods without giving a reason. We extend this provision to 14 days and it only applies to shipped goods and does not apply to goods that have been purchased by personal collection in our shop. Returning the goods is at your expense and responsibility.
The seller's statement as to whether the request for the return of the goods will be complied with and whether all the conditions are met will be notified to the consumer within 30 days from the date of delivery of the returned goods to the supplier's address. In the case of receipt of the returned goods, the consumer must then sign a credit note for the goods, which will be sent to him and the signed credit note delivered to the seller's address (by post or in person). Based on the signed credit note, the amount will be paid to the consumer for the returned goods.
