Piccini is a historic Tuscan winery that was founded in 1882 in the heart of the Chianti Classico region. Established by Angiolo Piccini and his wife Maria Teresa Totti, the winery began producing Chianti wine in traditional straw-covered bottles. Their passion and determination were the foundation of a winery that gradually expanded and acquired new lands, laying the groundwork for a family tradition that has lasted for five generations.

During the second generation, under the leadership of Mario Piccini, the company overcame the hardships of the Great Depression and World War II. Mario also opened the doors of Piccini to the international market, exporting wines to Germany and Austria. The third generation, led by Pierangiolo Piccini and his wife Marcella Sammicheli, continued with dynamic changes, expanding the product portfolio and maintaining competitive prices for prestigious wines.

Today, under the leadership of Mario Piccini, the company manages five organic vineyards across Italy and is considered one of the most significant Tuscan brands in the world. With the support of his sisters Martina and Elisa and the active involvement of the next generation, Piccini continues to write the story of Italian wine, preserving traditions while looking towards the future.
