What personal data do we collect?

If you order goods or services from us, we mainly collect data that are marked as mandatory in the ordering process. Mandatory data are only those without which we cannot process your order, such as your name, e-mail address, telephone number, delivery address and the subject of the order itself.

After delivery of the goods, you may be sent an e-mail with a request to evaluate the purchased goods and our services.

If you contact us by phone or e-mail, we will also process your personal data provided in this communication.

Legal bases for the processing of personal data

Performance of the contract: in the case of ordering goods or providing other services. These are mainly the billing and delivery address or contact details.

Fulfillment of our legal obligations: when storing data about you and your order in our accounts or when making data available to state and other authorities that supervise our activities or that resolve disputes or the implementation of decisions.

Legitimate interest: in improving and personalizing our services and some marketing activities. Based on a legitimate interest, we process personal data in this way, which we process automatically and cookies. You can object to this data processing in the contact details provided in section {0}.

Consent: when sending business announcements or other forms of marketing. Any consent given is voluntary and can be revoked at any time, but this does not affect the lawfulness of the processing prior to its revocation. You can manage your consent within your account, or you can contact us to exclude them from business notification recipients.

Disclosure of data to third parties

Upon delivery of goods: the transport company we work with. This is the delivery address and contact details, in the case of cash on delivery also the amount to be paid. The carrier is entitled to process the personal data that we provide to him only for the purpose of delivery of goods.

For external data processing: partners with whom we work. They process data for us, based on our instructions and in accordance with this document. Our suppliers follow all necessary security, technical and organizational measures to provide the required protection for personal data.

For legal reasons: a public authority or other competent authority, if it obliges us to pass on your personal data to it. In the event of our rights being enforced or defended, your personal information may be passed on to another entity (eg a lawyer).

How long we process your personal data

We process personal data that is necessary for the proper provision of services or the fulfillment of our obligations for the period specified by the relevant legal regulations or in accordance with them.

In the case of processing personal data on the basis of our legitimate interest, we store the data until the reason for their processing ceases to exist. Usually for at most 5 years.

In the case of processing personal data on the basis of the given consent, your personal data will generally be processed for the period 5 years, or until the revocation of the given consent.

Security of personal data

We care deeply about protecting your personal information, and we work hard to keep your personal information secure. We strive to use such security, technical and organizational measures that, with regard to the current state of technology, provide sufficient security and we regularly update the measures taken. We store your password for the user account in a hashed form so that it is not possible to decrypt it even if the data is obtained by an unauthorized person.

Right of access to data

Right to data portability

Right of correction

If you believe that the personal information we process about you is incorrect, you can ask us to correct it.However, we recommend that you easily correct the data within your account.

Right to erase (forget)

You can ask us to delete your information. Deletion will not affect data that we are required by law to retain. At the same time, we will inform other recipients of your personal data that you have exercised the right to delete and should delete all your personal data, if technically possible, taking into account the available technology and costs.
