Types of Vermouth

The main difference between vermouth styles lies in the amount of added sugar and the blend of herbs used:

Dry Vermouth – crisp, slightly bitter, ideal for cocktails like Martini Dry.
Sweet Vermouth – richer, with pronounced sweetness and herbal notes, also perfect for sipping neat.
Bianco Vermouth – smoother, with pleasant hints of vanilla and alpine herbs, one of the most popular varieties.
