Martini Bianco is an iconic white vermouth from Martini & Rossi that embodies the Italian lifestyle. It is based on high-quality white wine, mainly from the Trebbiano variety, which is fortified and flavoured with a macerate of more than 40 herbs, sweet spices and flowers, including subtle notes of vanilla and aromatic herbs. The exact recipe remains a secret, carefully guarded within the production facility.
The result is a rich flavour – a balance between sweetness and subtle bitterness. Vanilla is prominent, accompanied by floral and citrus notes that create a complex and fresh character.
Martini Bianco was launched around 1910, originally under the name ‘Bianchissimo’ – the whitest vermouth. Founded in Turin in 1863, the Martini & Rossi brand continues to draw on the rigorous craftsmanship that made its subsequent products, including Bianca, famous.
The bottles are filled with 14,5 % alcohol and have a volume of 0,75 l.
