It is said that Martini Rosso is the first vermouth in the world. Its distinctive color comes from the addition of caramel, which also enhances the bitter-sweet effect of more than 50 herbs and spices used in its production.
Its original recipe was created by Luigi Rossi around 1863. At its heart, rich and fragrant Italian herbs blend with exotic woods that provide an intense aroma with a bitter-sweet edge.
Martini Rosso has a beautiful fruity aroma with hints of guava, spices, and pistachios. The taste resembles sherry and features notes of plants used in gin production such as grapes, oak, and spices. The finish is characterized by spicy and resinous tones.
Bottles are filled with an alcohol content of 14.5% with a volume of 0.75 l.
