Order and its status

If the goods are in stock and your order appears in the system by 14:00, we will ship that day. Each item has information about its availability (eg "in stock", "sold out").

We will do everything to meet your needs. Mention your special requirements in the order note or give us a call.

If your order is shipped more than 2 working days, the most likely option is that the carrier did not reach you at the delivery address and did not manage to contact you. We send you tracking codes in the email to determine the status of the shipment. If you have doubts or questions, contact us at store@bondston.com.

After creating the order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail about the receipt of the order. Confirmation e-mail can be included in the ad, spam, or trash folders in your inbox, so we recommend that you check these folders as well.

Personal collect

It is possible to call us (+421 901 720 720) so that we can reserve the required quantity for you in stock.

In the case of ordering with the possibility of personal collection at our store, we try to prepare your order for collection as soon as possible. The products in stock are from the central warehouse in Trstená. We will prepare the products you have ordered from 24 to max. 72 hours. Prepared orders for collection must be collected within 5 working days of sending the notification via e-mail or SMS message.

Payment and shipping of the order

You can pay for the order in any of the ways listed below. All payment methods are free of charge!

Online card payment:
Payment by MasterCard®, Maestro®, VISA, VISA Electron cards. After selecting a payment card payment method in your shopping cart, you will be redirected to the GoPay secure payment gateway page. Payment will be made immediately and we can send the goods to the selected address.

Online bank transfer:
Internet banking through your bank allows immediate payment transfer and immediate sending of the order. We support banks: Tatra Banka, VÚB, Poštová Banka, Unicredit Banka, Slovenská sporiteľňa.

Bank transfer:
Your order will be processed after the amount has been credited to our account. Please enter your order number as a variable symbol. This number as well as the necessary transfer details will be sent to your e-mail as soon as you send your order. Attention, a transfer from a bank other than VUB, a.s. may take up to 2 business days.

Google Pay:
Payment via electronic wallet. To use the service, you must register a payment card via: https://pay.google.com/

Apple Pay:

PayPal.
An online payment system used to make secure purchases over the internet. After selecting the PayPal payment method in the shopping cart, you will be redirected to the PayPal secure payment gateway page. It allows transfers of funds between accounts that are identified by email addresses.

Payment in cash or by card upon personal collection:
When picking up the order in person at our store, you will pay in cash or via a MasterCard®, Maestro®, VISA, VISA Electron payment card.

Cash on delivery:
Payment in cash or MasterCard®, Maestro®, VISA, VISA Electron, courier cards upon receipt of the order.

Complaints and returns

Definitely contact us at store@bondston.com. Just send us the order number and photos of the damaged goods and file a complaint. We immediately send new goods or money back. You can find more information about the complaint procedure by clicking here.

Miscellaneous information

No, alcohol is by no means. According to the law in the Slovak Republic no. 219/1966 § 2 prohibits the sale or serving of alcoholic beverages or otherwise allow their consumption by persons under 18 years of age.

It is up to you how many pieces of products you can buy from us. Whether it's just one bottle or 7 full cartons.

Naturally, we also send goods to the Europe and plus a few other countries. You can order on our website www.bondston.com and see which countries you can choose from.

Wholesale sales and tailor-made offers

We're sorry, but it's going to be complicated because of the law. If you exceed the limit set by the European Union, you will have to pay excise duty. Goods brought by passengers from EU countries are not subject to customs duties. Exemption from excise duty is up to:
- 10 liters of potable alcohol and spirits,
- 20 liters of intermediate products (eg port wine, vermouth, mead),
- 90 liters of wine
- 60 liters of sparkling wine
- 110 liters of beer

How do I shop?

Select the navigation "Products" category and the goods you want to buy, select the number of pieces and "Add to Cart". After entering, go to the shopping cart where you can check the order and possibly modify it. If you want to continue shopping, go to "Continue shopping". If you have decided to purchase the selected goods go to "Payment and transport selection" Select the required transport and payment and go to "Your data". Choose whether you want to shop as a private person or a company and fill in the required information. Go to "Order Summary" and check your order. To confirm your order, go to "Order confirmation with payment obligation"
