1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) define the relationship between the online store www.bondston.com (operated by Svet nápojov s.r.o.) and customers purchasing goods through this website. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms, which are governed by European Union consumer protection laws.

The company is registered for VAT in the European Union under the One Stop Shop (OSS) scheme. All prices shown include VAT according to EU regulations.
2. Age Restriction (18+)
The Bondston online store is intended for customers over the age of 18. Visitors under this age may only purchase products that do not contain alcohol.
Carriers are authorised to verify the age of the recipient upon delivery. If the recipient cannot confirm they are 18 years or older, the order will not be delivered and will be cancelled without compensation.
3. Prices, VAT and Cross-Border Sales
All prices on www.bondston.com are final and include VAT under the EU OSS scheme.
Orders are shipped from Slovakia and may be subject to local import duties or excise charges in the destination country. These fees are not included in the price and, where applicable, are the customer’s responsibility. A notice about possible import fees appears during checkout.
Prices and product availability may change without prior notice. The final price is confirmed at checkout.
4. Orders and Contract
You can place an order by adding items to your cart and completing the checkout process. After submitting the order, you will receive an email confirmation.
The purchase contract is concluded once your order is accepted and payment is confirmed.
We may cancel an order (or part of it) if a product is no longer available, has been discontinued, or there was an obvious pricing error. If payment has already been made, any overpaid amount will be refunded within 3 business days.
5. Payment and Delivery
Payment: We accept several secure payment methods, including online card payments, digital wallets and bank transfers. Online payments are processed instantly; bank transfers may take longer to clear before dispatch. Full details are available in Payment Options.
Delivery: We ship across the European Union using trusted delivery partners. Orders placed before 13:00 (CET) are typically dispatched the same working day. Delivery time depends on the destination country (usually 2–6 business days). Parcels are carefully packed and a tracking link is provided after dispatch. Where an order contains alcohol, the carrier may verify the recipient’s age at delivery.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Goods
Please check your delivery upon receipt. If you notice damage or missing items, do not accept the package and ask the courier to record the issue. Then contact us promptly so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

7. Returns and Cancellations
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned goods must be complete, in original packaging, unused and undamaged. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Once the return is received and checked, we will issue a refund within 14 days. For assistance with returns, please contact our support team.
8. Dispute Resolution and Privacy
If you are unhappy with how we handled your order or complaint, please contact us first and we will do our best to resolve it. If we cannot reach a mutual solution, you may use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: https://consumer-redress.ec.europa.eu/index_en.

Effective Date
These Terms & Conditions take effect from the date they are published on www.bondston.com. We reserve the right to amend them when necessary; any updates will be posted on this website.
