Sherry is a wine made from white grapes grown in the Spanish Andalusian region between Jerez de la Frontera, Sanlúcar de Barrameda and El Puerto de Santa María. Sherry can be consumed immediately after bottling. Further aging no longer contributes to the quality of the drink. It is drunk from a special copite, which has the shape of a tulip. Like port, it is also suitable as an aperitif or digestif after a meal.
