Description
Don Zoilo Amontillado arrives in a new 15-year version. It is a distinctive quality liqueur sherry wine with a golden to brilliant amber color. A full and elegant dry wine with balanced acidity and a perfect taste.
The sherry is made from the Palomino grape variety in the style of Amontillado. The wine has aged for a long 15 years through biological aging under a layer of yeast and physicochemical aging through oxidation.
The sugar content is less than 4 g/l. We recommend serving it as an aperitif with cheeses, hams, or seafood.
