Canasta 30 years

Canasta 30 Years is among the most prestigious sherry wines from Andalusia. It is a mature fortified wine that ages for decades using the traditional solera system, which gives it extraordinary depth, complexity, and a harmonious character.

Sherry Canasta comes from the renowned house of Williams & Humbert, one of the most respected producers in the Jerez de la Frontera region. Long aging in American oak barrels allows the wine to gradually develop rich aromatic layers and a typical sweet expression.

The aroma is dominated by notes of dried fruits, caramel, nuts, and vanilla, complemented by subtle woody and spicy nuances. The taste is full, sweet, and velvety, with a beautiful balance between fruity sweetness, nutty character, and elegant depth brought by long aging.
