Description
Dry Sack Spritz from the Spanish winery Williams & Humbert offers a modern and lighter way to enjoy the character of traditional Oloroso.
Its base is Dry Sack Oloroso aged 5 years, which adds delicate notes of roasted nuts and the character typical of oxidative aging. It is complemented by a blend of sweet and bitter orange, Buddha's hand, and elderflower.
The result is a light, aromatic, and refreshing spritz with a subtle sweetness, vibrant citrus freshness, and fine, lingering bubbles. It contains only 5.5% alcohol and is ready to serve immediately.
Serve well chilled at 6 – 8 °C, on its own or with ice and a slice of orange. It pairs excellently as an aperitif with olives, cheeses, nuts, cold cuts, or savory tapas.
