Description
An elegant mixture of Palomino and Pedro Ximénez, which enters the Criaderas y Soleras system, where it undergoes physico-chemical maturation through oxidation in oak barrels. It matures for at least six years. A unique sweet oloroso or "cream."
Tones of taste and aroma: Sweet oloroso. Mahogany color and aroma of dried nuts with hints of raisins and brown sugar. Smooth velvety taste with warm alcohol flavors and a lingering aftertaste.
Serving: It is good clean, very chilled and with desserts or ice as a refreshing drink.
