Description
Elegant blend of Palomino and Pedro Ximénez, which enters the Criaderas y Soleras system, where it undergoes physicochemical aging through oxidation in oak barrels. Aged for a minimum of six years. Unique sweet oloroso or "cream."
Tasting and aroma notes: Sweet oloroso. Mahogany color and aroma of dried nuts with hints of raisins and brown sugar. Smooth velvety taste with warm flavors of alcohol and a lingering aftertaste.
Serving: Best enjoyed neat, very chilled, with desserts or on the rocks as a refreshing drink.
