Manzanilla Alegria is another interesting drink from Williams & Humbert. It is made from the highly respected variety of Pago Balbaina grapes. Alegria is said to be around 5 to 6 years old and is primarily produced for the Spanish market. She won several gold medals in the annual international Wine Wine Challenge.
It has a strong aroma of roasted almonds, flowers, herbs and sea. The taste is full with a slight hint of sweetness.
It is definitely an interesting wine that is an ideal partner for fish, molluscs, or simply an aperitif that stimulates the appetite.
