Exceptionally high-quality Spanish dry sherry wine Dos Cortados Solera Especial, which has aged an incredible 20 years using the Solera system. It is made from the grape variety Palo Cortado Sherry, sourced from the Jerez Superior vineyard, Pago Balbaína.
This is a rare fortified wine that is halfway between Amontillado and Oloroso. It contains less than 6 g/l of sugar. We recommend serving it as an aperitif, and it pairs perfectly with various smoked cheeses, game, and beef.
