Don Guido 20 Years Old
Choose the right glasses and cheese delicacies to perfectly complement its flavour.
Don Guido 20 Year Old belongs to the portfolio of the renowned Spanish producer Williams & Humbert in the Jerez de la Frontera region, and it is a sweet sherry made from the Pedro Ximénez (PX) grape variety.
Don Guido is a natural Spanish 20-year-old sweet wine produced from the Pedro Ximenez grape variety. It ages using the solera system in oak barrels for up to 20 years!
The wine has a deep mahogany-oily color. In the aroma, you will discover intense notes of raisins, figs, chocolate, maple syrup, nuts, and sherry wood, along with a delicate sweet molasses aroma.
The taste is exceptionally rich and round – molasses, raisins, notes of nuts, dried figs, chocolate, intertwining with subtle oak and mineral tones. The finish is long, sweet, with a gentle bitterness and a woody touch.
It pairs excellently with desserts, pastries, and cakes. We recommend serving it at a temperature of 15 ºC.
