Description
Fino Pando is a premium dry sherry from the renowned Spanish winery Williams & Humbert, considered one of the legends of the Jerez region. This wine is made from the traditional Palomino Fino grape variety and aged for 5 years using the unique Jerez Criaderas y Soleras system under a layer of flor – a natural yeast film that protects the wine from oxidation and gives it its distinctive style.
The wine boasts a beautifully light, straw-yellow color and delicate aroma dominated by notes of fresh almonds, green apples, and a subtle salinity reminiscent of a sea breeze. On the palate, Fino Pando is dry, fresh, and delicate, with perfectly balanced acidity and a refreshing mineral finish.
