Description
Don Zoilo Pedro Ximénez is an excellent Spanish sherry from the Jerez region, featuring a beautiful dark to mahogany color with an oily character. The sherry contains an enormous 380 g/l of residual sugar!
The grapes are first dried for 15 days under the Spanish sun, then pressed. It ages using the Criaderas Soleras system for a minimum of 15 years in the largest wine cellar in Europe, covering 180,000 m2.
It pairs perfectly with beef, game, and vanilla ice cream. We recommend serving it slightly chilled or at room temperature. The sherry is bottled with a cork stopper.
