Prosecco is a sparkling wine whose name originates in the so-called hilly area of Venice. Prosecco are made from the Glera variety. They can be quiet, slightly sparkling (frizzante) or sparkling (spumante), but most often they are brutal and extra dry. They are characterized by excellent finesse and elegant complexity. From the local gourmet food, it is Romio Prosecco Conegliano Valdobbiadene Extra Dry or Le Contesse Prosecco Valdobbiadene DOCG Extra Dry Cuvée. Their taste will win you over for the first sip.
