Description
The package contains 3 x 0.2 l of Italian white sparkling wine. Porta Leone Prosecco Spumante DOC Treviso Millesimato Brut is made from grapes of the Glera variety.
This harvest is cultivated using the Sylvoz system and hand-picked on the 10th of September in the wine-growing region of Treviso in northern Italy (elevation 50 m above sea level). It ferments in a pressure tank with selected yeasts. It is bottled and then allowed to mature for several weeks in a controlled warehouse.
Excellent as an aperitif. This wine pairs well with fish dishes. Best served at a temperature of 6 to 8 °C.
