Description
Porta Leone Prosecco Spumante DOC Treviso Millesimato Brut is an Italian white sparkling wine, made from Glera grapes. This crop is grown by the Sylvoz system and harvested by hand second 10 days of September in the Treviso wine-growing region in northern Italy (50 m above sea level). Fermentes in a pressure vessel with selected yeast. It is filled into bottles and then left to mature for several weeks in a prepared warehouse.
The Glera variety is known for its freshness and aromatic qualities. Porta Leone delivers a perfectly balanced experience with a fine pearlescence that accentuates its fruity and floral notes.
Excellent as an aperitif. This wine goes well with fish dishes. It is best administered at a temperature of 6 to 8 °C.
