Description
Porta Leone Extra Dry is an extra dry Italian white prosecco, made from Glera grapes. This crop is harvested by hand on 10th September day in the wine-growing region of Treviso in northern Italy (40 m above sea level). Fermentes in a pressure vessel with selected yeast. It is filled into bottles and then left to mature for several weeks in a prepared warehouse.
Beading: soft and lasting
Color: light yellow
Aroma: fruity with hints of apple, pear and citrus
Taste: refreshing, fruity, delicate
It is excellent as an aperitif. Recommended for fish dishes, salads, vegetable dishes and cheeses. Best administered at 6-8 °C.
