This sparkling wine was made by secondary fermentation using selected yeasts under controlled temperature. The basis is a manual selection of grapes harvested in the second half of September from the Glera variety from the Italian wine-growing region of Prosecco di Conegliano and Valdobbiadene, also inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List.

Color: slightly straw yellow
Aroma: fruity tones of yellow apples, Williams pears, acacia and wisteria floral tones
Taste: noble, fresh, harmonious and very elegant
Beading: soft and long

Serve chilled to 6-8 °C. An excellent aperitif suitable for any occasion. For a gourmet experience, we recommend combining it with fish delicacies.
