Le Contesse Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Extra Dry

Extra dry Italian prosecco Le Contesse Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore D.O.C.G. ExtraDry made from Glera grape variety, hand-picked in the Conegliano wine-growing area, Italy (elevation 200 m above sea level).

After hand-picking, the grapes undergo only light pressing and juice cleaning by cold static decantation. Part of the juice is then stored in cool conditions while the rest of the blend ferments at a controlled low temperature.

The second fermentation takes place in pressurized tanks in the presence of selected yeasts, which help this sparkling wine achieve its fine and long-lasting effervescence. In the final step, the wine is bottled and left to age in controlled temperature warehouses for several more weeks.

Serve chilled at a temperature of 6 - 8 °C.
Suitable as an aperitif, but due to its versatility, this prosecco is ideal for any occasion. Pairs excellently with fish dishes.
