Le Contesse Pinot Grigio DOC Venezia is an Italian white still wine with a protected designation of origin. Made by fermentation of Pinot Grigio (Pinot Gris) grapes, hand harvested. Sinistra Piave wine-growing area (40 m above sea level).
This live and fresh wine, after fermentation and maturation in tanks, then matures for several more months in bottles in La Contesse warehouses.
Color : straw yellow
Aroma : fruity with tones of unripe peaches and apples, floral tones of base flowers, gradually becoming more complex
Bouquet : delicious, lively and lasting
Serve chilled at 10 ° C. Ideal for combining with light and tasty dishes, soups, egg and fish specialties.
