Le Contesse Chardonnay Spumante Brut

Le Contesse Chardonnay Spumante Brut is a dry white sparkling wine made from grapes of 100% Chardonnay, hand-picked in the Sinistra Piave wine region, Italy (40 m above sea level).

After hand-picking, the grapes undergo only light pressing and juice clarification through cold static decantation. Part of the juice is then stored in cool conditions while the rest of the blend ferments at a controlled low temperature.

The second fermentation takes place in pressurized tanks in the presence of selected yeasts, which help this sparkling wine achieve its delicate effervescence. Finally, the wine is bottled and left to age in temperature-controlled warehouses for several weeks.

Serve at a temperature of 8 - 10 °C. It is a wine with multiple layers that pairs wonderfully with light and flavorful dishes, risottos, cheeses, and fish.
