Withdrawal from the contract
This form is exclusively for notifying the withdrawal from the contract according to Act No. 108/2024 Coll. — that is, for the legal termination of the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods.

As a consumer, under the applicable consumer protection laws, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. You may also withdraw from the contract before receiving the goods, unless a statutory exception applies. You may exercise this right through this online withdrawal function; this does not affect any other legally permitted methods of withdrawal.
