Le Contesse Prosecco Frizzante DOC Treviso
Choose the right glasses for prosecco or champagne and enjoy them as they should be.
Let yourself be carried away by the delicate taste of bubbles! Le Contesse Prosecco Frizzante DOC Treviso is a semi-sparkling white wine made from Glera grapes from the Treviso wine region, Italy (elevation 40 m above sea level).
After harvesting, the grapes undergo only light pressing and the must is cleaned by cold static decantation. Part of the must is then stored in a cool place while the rest of the blend ferments at a controlled low temperature. The second fermentation takes place in pressurized tanks in the presence of selected yeasts, which help this sparkling wine achieve its fine effervescence. Finally, the wine is bottled and left to age in temperature-controlled warehouses for several weeks.
