Le Contesse Pinot Grigio DOC Venezia is a Italian white still wine with a protected designation of origin. Made from fermented grapes of the Pinot Grigio variety, hand-picked. Wine region Sinistra Piave (40 m above sea level).
This lively and fresh wine undergoes fermentation and aging in tanks, and then matures for several more months directly in bottles in the La Contesse cellars.

Aroma: fruity with notes of unripe peaches and apples, floral notes of elderflower, gradually becoming more complex
Palate: delicious, lively, and persistent

Taste this dry white Italian wine Giusti Pinot Grigio DOC Venezie Longheri. It is made from only the finest bunches of Pinot Grigio (Pinot Gris) grapes sourced from the Longheri vineyards in the Veneto region - the wine-growing region of the Montello and Asolo mountains, Italy.
The technology used for production was white vinification. Primary fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature using selected yeasts. After fermentation, the wine is kept in contact with the yeasts for a long time and stirred regularly until it is ready for bottling.
Ideal with non-oily starters, soups, risotto with vegetables and fish dishes.
Serve chilled at 8-10 °C. Store in a cool place away from light and heat sources.
