Chateau Noir Pinot Gris from the winery Chateau Topoľčianky is a modern, harmonious, and elegant white dry wine made from the popular variety Pinot Gris.
This variety is characterized in Slovak conditions by full flavor, delicate aroma, and balanced structure, making it suitable for premium white wines.
The grapes come from vineyards with ideal conditions for Pinot Gris – sufficient sunlight and soil that promotes the development of rich fruity tones. Vinification takes place in a reductive mode at low temperatures to preserve the pure aroma, delicate fruitiness, and natural freshness of the wine.
Pinot Gris in the Chateau Noir series represents a combination of elegance, subtle creaminess, and light minerality. It is a wine with a balanced, medium-full body, attractive aroma and pleasant drinkability, suitable for a wide range of dishes as well as for enjoying on its own.
