Chateau Noir Pinot Gris from Chateau Topoľčianky is a modern, harmonious and elegant dry white wine made from the popular variety Pinot Gris.
In Slovak vineyard conditions, this variety is known for its full flavour, delicate aromatics and balanced structure, making it ideal for premium white wines.
The grapes come from vineyards with optimal conditions for Pinot Gris – plenty of sunshine and soils that support the development of rich fruit notes. Vinification takes place in a reductive environment at low temperatures to preserve the wine’s pure aromatics, gentle fruitiness and natural freshness.
Rulandské šedé in the Chateau Noir line represents the combination of elegance, subtle creaminess and light minerality. It is a wine with a balanced, medium-full body, an attractive aroma and excellent drinkability, suitable for a wide range of dishes or for enjoying on its own.
