Chateau Topoľčianky Chateau Noir Sauvignon from the South Slovak wine region is a modern, fresh and aromatic white dry wine made from Sauvignon Blanc, one of the most popular white grape varieties in Slovakia and worldwide.
The Chateau Topoľčianky winery focuses in this edition on purity, freshness and a distinctive varietal expression.
The grapes come from their own vineyards with an ideal microclimate that enhances the aromatic compounds typical of Sauvignon Blanc – from citrus notes to herbal and tropical nuances. The winemaking process takes place under reductive conditions at low temperatures to preserve freshness, delicate fruit tones and elegant minerality.
The result is a dry white wine with expressive aromatics, juicy acidity and a harmonious, modern character, ideal for everyday enjoyment or pairing with light dishes.
