Description
Cassis is a slightly sparkling sweet fruity red wine with a natural CO2 content, formed during fermentation. It comes from the very famous Slovak vineyard Chateau Topoľčianky.
It is made from very high quality currants that grow on land owned by the vineyard. We recommend serving with cheese desserts at a temperature of 6 to 15 °C. It is perfect for preparing various cocktails and long drinks.
