Description
Cassis is a lightly sparkling sweet fruit red wine with a natural CO2 content formed during fermentation. It comes from the very famous Slovak vineyard Chateau Topoľčianky.
It is made from very high-quality currants that grow in soil owned by the vineyard. We recommend serving it with cheese desserts at a temperature of 6 to 15 °C. It is perfect for preparing various cocktails and long drinks.
