With an intense currant-captivating aroma, ruby-red color, pleasant acids, which are imported with residual sugar, it creates a harmony of sensual tastes with a positive effect on health.
It is made by modern technology, during which this rare fruit is fermented in rototanks with strict monitoring of fermentation temperature. Noble yeasts, enzymatic processes, fermentation activity and constant mixing under regular supervision had a positive effect on the quality of this final product.
