Description
Cuvée Bazulienka from Pereg is a golden yellow wine created by combining grapes and elderflowers during fermentation.
The aroma is intense, characteristic of this flower, with a sweet finish. The distinctive taste of elderflower is accompanied by pleasant residual sugar, which gives this wine its harmony and uniqueness.
This wine is best served at a temperature of 8 – 10 °C and is suitable for desserts such as poppy seed strudel, curd cheese balls or currant-filled dumplings. It can also be used as a digestif instead of fortified wine such as port.
