Cuvée Bazulienka from Peregu is a wine of golden yellow color, created by combining grape wine and elderflower during fermentation.
The aroma is intense, characteristic of this flower, with a sweet sensation at the end. The pronounced taste of elderflower is accompanied by a pleasant residual sugar, achieving harmony and uniqueness in this wine.
This wine is best served at a temperature of 8 – 10 °C and pairs well with desserts such as poppy seed strudel, cheese dumplings, or dumplings filled with currants. It can also be used as a digestif instead of fortified wine à la Porto.
