Behind the intoxicatingly sweet taste profile of ice white sweet wine is the collection at a temperature below freezing - 9 °C. The achieved sugar content at harvest climbed to 32 ° NM.
Ice wine is ideal for special occasions and is best enjoyed accompanied by sweet desserts.
