Chateau Topoľčianky Devín straw wine

Slovak quality varietal wine with an attribute, with a protected designation of origin. White, sweet straw wine, variety Devín from the South Slovak wine-growing region. It is made from ripe and undamaged grapes, which were harvested in October during the last sunny days. The individual bunches matured for 3 months hanging on strings in order to achieve a higher sugar content. Maturing potential for 4-5 years.

Taste: sweet, fresh, banana-honey, hazelnut, caramel with a combination of sweet raisins
