The grapes of this rarely cultivated new hybrid Your Dream (Pinot Gris x Leánka x Riesling) were harvested at optimal technological ripeness. The ideal balance of acidity and natural sugars allowed for processing under reductive conditions with six months of aging on the lees. 10% of the wine aged for 6 months in new wooden barrels made from a combination of acacia and oak, which further enriches the entire structure of the wine with fine tannins and enhances the fruity tones.

The wine has a lively yellow-green color. The aroma captivates with a multi-layered palette of citrus fruit notes with hints of ripe apricots and sage. It is complemented by notes of orange peel and freshly picked summer pears, confirming the full taste in the mouth after swallowing. The finish of the wine is concluded with a delightful citrus-mineral undertone.

We recommend serving at a temperature of 9 - 10 °C. Bottle aging 3 - 5 years.
