Chateau Rúbaň Cabernet Sauvignon Rosé

Quality wine with the designation late harvest, wine with a protected designation of origin, rosé, semi-dry. Variety Cabernet Sauvignon, vintage 2025, South Slovak Wine Region - Strekov.

The wine was produced from hand-picked and sorted grapes of the Cabernet Sauvignon variety after several hours of skin maceration. The fermentation process took place using a pure culture of active wine yeast in stainless steel containers at a controlled temperature of 14 – 16 °C and was stopped before it finished fermenting dry.

The wine has a salmon-raspberry pink color, with a distinctly fruity attractive aroma of wild strawberries, raspberries, and black currants. The taste of the wine is juicy and fruity, with a strawberry cream undertone and a fresh structure of zesty acidity.

We recommend serving at a temperature of 9 - 10 °C. Bottle maturity 1 - 2 years.
