Chateau Rúbaň Riesling

Chateau Rúbaň Riesling is a Slovak white quality wine from the South Slovak Wine Region. A late harvest wine with a protected designation of origin. Variety Riesling, vintage 2024, South Slovak Wine Region - Jasová, Rúbaň.
The grapes ripened on clay-loam soil and were partially affected by noble rot botrytis cinerea persoon. It was processed gently with limited oxygen exposure throughout all stages of wine production. It then aged in small oak barrels.
It pairs perfectly with roasted pork and goose meat. We recommend storing at a temperature of 10-20 °C, serving at a temperature of 10-12 °C. Bottle aging 2-4 years.
