Chateau Rúbaň Noria

Slovak quality branded wine with the designation late harvest, wine with a protected designation of origin, white, semi-dry. Variety Noria, vintage 2024, South Slovak Wine Region - Strekov.

This wine of Czechoslovak new breed comes from a young vineyard harvested in the quality of late harvest. Modern technology utilizing physical fermentation regulation has allowed us to produce a pleasant wine with an intense fruity aroma and taste in the semi-dry category.

The wine has a sparkling straw-yellow color. The distinctly varietal aroma is full of meadow flowers, fresh citrus fruits, especially grapefruit, and vineyard peaches. The taste is long, rich in fruity acids, balanced with residual sugar. It contains notes of citrus fruits with a finish of vineyard peaches. The aftertaste combined with alcohol and residual sugar leaves a fresh feeling full of fruit in the mouth.

We recommend serving at a temperature of 10 - 12 °C. Bottle aging 1 - 2 years.
