Description

Slovak quality wine with the designation cabinet, with a protected designation of origin, white, dry. Variety Veltlínske zelené, vintage 2024, South Slovak Wine Region - Strekov.

Hand-picked grapes were processed gently and with limited access to air oxygen in all phases of wine production. Alcoholic fermentation took place in stainless steel containers at a temperature below 14 °C, after which the wine was briefly left on clean yeast lees.

The wine has a green-yellow color with a floral-fruity aroma and a fresh scent of green apples, complemented by subtle citrus notes. The taste of the wine is pronounced with juicy acidity and compact, long minerality.

We recommend serving at 10 - 12 °C. Bottle aging 1 - 3 years.
