Chateau Topoľčianky Chardonnay
Slovak varietal wine with the attribute of late harvest, white, dry with a protected designation of origin. Chardonnay grape, Nitra wine-growing region - Veľké Zálužie. HoReCa Selection collection.
Chardonnay grapes comes from France and has been experiencing a predatory expansion since the 1980s. Pleasant fruity Chardonnay hides the Slovak charm in the form of a light and fresh character. We recommend serving at 10 - 12 °C, maturing potential for 2 - 3 years.
The grapes come from vineyards with ideal sun exposure, allowing the variety to achieve optimal aromatic and phenolic ripeness. Vinification takes place in a reductive regime at low temperatures to preserve the fresh tones of peaches, citrus fruits, and the delicate creaminess typical of Chardonnay.
Chardonnay from Topoľčianky is ideal for lovers of fresh, fruity and slightly creamy white wines with a modern, clean expression.
