Chateau Topoľčianky Chateau Noir Devín
Chateau Noir Devín from the winery Chateau Topoľčianky is a modern, aromatic white wine made from the unique Slovak variety Devín, which was created by crossing Tramín červený and Veltlínske červené skoré.
The Devín variety is known for its intense aroma, subtle spiciness, and elegant structure, making it ideal for premium white wines.
The grapes come from the winery's own vineyards, where controlled ripeness and preservation of natural aroma are prioritized. Processing takes place in a reductive mode at low temperatures to maintain the pure scent and freshness. This results in a rich aroma typical of the variety – floral, muscat, spicy, and also subtly citrus notes.
Chateau Noir Devín represents a combination of freshness, elegance, and pleasant aromatic sweetness, making it suitable for a wide range of uses in gastronomy as well as an enjoyable wine on its own. It is the perfect choice for lovers of aromatic, expressive, yet delicate Slovak white wines.
