Chateau Topoľčianky Chateau Noir Devín
Chateau Noir Devín from Chateau Topoľčianky is a modern, aromatic white wine made from the unique Slovak grape variety Devín, created by crossing Gewürztraminer (Tramín červený) and Frühroter Veltliner.
The Devín variety is known for its intense aromatics, gentle spiciness, and elegant structure, making it ideal for premium white wines.
The grapes come from the winery’s own vineyards, where controlled ripeness and natural aromatic expression are prioritized. The winemaking process is reductive and carried out at low temperatures to preserve purity, freshness and the variety’s typical bouquet – floral, muscat-like, spicy, with subtle citrus notes.
Chateau Noir Devín combines freshness, elegance, and a pleasantly aromatic sweetness, making it suitable both for gastronomy and as an enjoyable wine on its own. It is an excellent choice for lovers of aromatic, expressive, yet gentle Slovak white wines.
