Description

Slovak quality varietal wine red, dry, with a protected designation of origin. South Slovak wine-growing region, Alibernet variety. The high content of dye in the skin of the grapes is reflected in a flash when poured into a glass. A charming variety that brings great wines. However, he needs some time to mature to tame his initial savagery. Maturing potential 3 years. It uniquely combines with hunting specialties, but also specialties from dark meat, matured cheese with noble mold. Serve at 18 °C.

Aroma: beautiful bouquet of blackberries, blackcurrants with a gentle transition to gooseberry leaves
Taste: fruity and extractive with strong tannins
