Chateau Noir Alibernet from the winery Chateau Topoľčianky is a modern, expressive, and harmonious dry red wine made from the Alibernet variety – one of the most characteristic and intense blue varieties grown in Slovakia. Alibernet is known for its deep color, rich structure, and tones of dark fruit that give it a unique character.
Slovak quality varietal red wine, dry, with a protected designation of origin. Southern Slovak wine region, variety Alibernet. The high pigment content in the grape skins is instantly reflected when poured into a glass.
An enchanting variety that produces great wines. However, it needs some time to mature to tame its initial wildness. Aging potential 3 years. Uniquely pairs with game specialties, as well as dishes made from dark meat and aged cheeses with noble mold. Serve at 18 °C.
